Market stats are out. Sales volume is still very low. Condo sales in the "affordable" price bands are doing very well. 



The risk exists with buildings from the mid-90s and as far back as the mid-80s. Those buildings today are still at risk. We break down why the risk is there and the effectiveness of the different remedies.
